Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We have very customer-friendly return & refund policies. Please read the product details carefully before confirming the order. Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incomplete Product:
If your goods are damaged or one of any above conditions, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

Refund of the full amount paid by you for prepaid orders.

In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by emailing vandanacollection.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics and unboxing video of the product received. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.
In case of incomplete products/items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
