    To register with Vandana's Collection, simply visit our website and click on the "Register" or "Sign Up" button. You will then be prompted to fill out a registration form with your personal details, such as your name, email address, and contact information. Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Do I need to register before shopping on Vandana's Collection
    Yes, at Vandana's Collection, we require all customers to register before shopping. Registering with us will allow you to create an account, track your orders, manage your personal information, and receive updates on new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive offers
  • Can I register multiple times using the same phone number/email ID
    No, each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account
  • How do I look for a particular Product
    Search for a product by navigating through the category pages or by using search tab on the top of every page
  • How do I know if I placed my order correctly
    Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number
  • How do I make changes to my order
    There is no provision to modify the order once it is placed. You may cancel the order until it is shipped. You may request for a return of the ordered product as per the return policy.

  • How will my order be delivered
    Orders are delivered by professional Courier. This ensures that there is no loss or damage to goods at the time of delivery.
  • How is Delivery Charges Calculated
    Delivery Charges are calculated as per item weight, volume, size and distance
  • How can I claim a refund
    We follow a 7 days return policy. In case you want to return the product you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery to initiate the return. You can call us at 9925026799 or write to us at vandanajoshi558@gmail.com to initiate the process. Once we receive the return request we would schedule a return pick up based on your convenience. The refund would be initiated once we receive back the product. Two options are available for refund 1) Direct transfer into your bank account or a direct refund into your credit card/debit card. 2) The amount will be added into your wallet for a future purchase The refund will be issued as per the option is chosen by you.
  • Terms and Conditions for return or replacement
    The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and we require proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Products must be in their original condition Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website In areas where the reverse pick up facility is not available (owing to logistics limitation) the customer will have to ship the return back to us. Refund will be made post the receipt of the product.
